Hi, I am Carol Pierce and I have been teaching for 18 years and 13 of those years have been here in Driscoll. I have taught several different grades during those years but have found that Pre-Kinder and Kindergarten is a special place to be. It is Simply the Best grade!!

Since I see your child everyday, we get to know each other and learn about each other. You, of course, do not have that opportunity, so this is your chance to learn a little about me. I live in Corpus Christi with my husband, son, fish and a hermit crab. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 18 years. My son is 9 years old and in 4th grade. He keeps our family very busy most days.

Remember that you are always welcome to come by our classroom, at any time. We love to have visitors and can always use a helping hand! If you ever have any questions or concerns about your child's education, please feel free to stop in and see me.

I like to read, do crafty things, sometimes cook(when I have the time) and go shopping. Of course I love to spend time with my family.

I always worked hard in school and did fairly well in all subjects but I will say that Math is not a favorite.

Where I've Traveled and Lived

Growing up I lived in Pennsylvania and Texas. Two very different parts of the country. After I was married I lived in Virginia and now Texas.
I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel many places. I have traveled over seas to France and Italy. Italy was my favorite. I also have been to Jamaica, The Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean and many of the 50 states.
