Creating our Garden Habitat

The junior high science classes were so excited to learn that the DISD school board approved funds to carry out our plans for the garden habitat!  We had been working slowly and steadily toward our goal each year, but, now could move into high gear.  Our junior high students; along with volunteers Lydia & Jeremy Holt, Haley Holt-Palacios, and  Eric Palacios worked long hours in completing our garden.  Thank you to our volunteers, to the Board, and to my beautiful students who make my work here so enjoyable.  We can't sit still very long...keep an eye out for exciting changes to come in the garden.
